The Carrefour Just Picked Daily Prize Competition is strictly for residents of the UAE with a valid Emirates ID that are above the age of 18 on the day a valid receipt is submitted.
1. Silal Fresh employees, subsidiaries, agents and/or suppliers are excluded from competing and any receipt submitted by the afore mentioned shall be invalid.
2. To enter the competition, participants must have purchased Silal Fresh product(s) from a participating Carrefour shop within the competition period.
3. A valid entry includes a CLEAR, FULL and LEGIBLE picture(s) of the receipt from a purchase of Silal Fresh purchase worth AED 10 or more, and submission of complete details as required.
4. Submission of a receipt does not in any way guarantee a prize, or consideration of an entry.
5. Participants are only allowed to submit multiple entries, if a new purchase and receipt has been issued by Carrefour with a purchase of Silal Fresh products worth AED 10 and above for each single purchase.
6.Any late, incomplete or otherwise illegible entries will be considered invalid and will be automatically disqualified from the competition.
7.Any decision taken by Silal Fresh as to validity of an entry will be final.
8. Any person(s) found replicating or otherwise misusing a receipt will be disqualified permanently from the campaign.
9.The competition will run from February 18, 2022 until March 17, 2022
10.All entries must be submitted and received by March 17th, 2022 at 11:59pm UAE time.
11.Silal Fresh may, at its sole discretion, substitute the prize for an alternative prize (including cash in any currency) without notice and justification.
12.The prize is exclusive to the participant and is non-negotiable and non-exchangeable.
13.The prize may not be claimed by a third party on behalf of the winner.
14.Silal Fresh will announce winners weekly and winners’ name, as per the submission will be posted on the Silal Fresh Instagram page and other Social Media platforms as well as the competition website.
15.By participating, participants grant the right to Silal Fresh to publish their name on social media and on the competition website, should they win.
16.If the winner does not claim the prize within one month after the end of the competition, the prize becomes void and no alternate prize will be issued.
17.Silal Fresh reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify the competition, including these terms and conditions, at any time, without notice or justification.
18. Silal Fresh shall not be liable for any technical issue resulting in any person being unable to submit an entry to the competition.
19.These terms and any or claims arising out of, or in connection with, are subject to UAE law as applicable in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
