Cancellation and Return Policy
KolkataDeal have a very flexible return policy which entitles all our customers to return the product at the time of delivery if there is a defect in goods, damage in transit, or due to some reason they are not satisfied with the quality or freshness of the product. We will take the returned product back with us and make the necessary adjustments/steps to your order value. We request you to check all the items at the time of delivery. However, please note: If a product is returned due to a change in mind and your order value goes below our minimum order requirement of INR 400, you will be assessed an additional delivery fee.
Refund and Return :
Once you purchase a product from KolkaDeal and it is delivered properly it couldn’t be returned. Check the Loose product like vegetables and fish-meat and other grocery item before delivery if find something wrong don’t accept from delivery agent. We always check thoroughly products to maintain proper quality and quantity and then send for the shipping to the customer. At the time of shipping if any product will damage please don’t accept the damaged product. Replacement only acceptable in case of wrong product delivered. Otherwise no replacement no return will be acceptable. Please do not accept unpacked product from courier at the time of delivery. We won’t return open packed product.
Cash on Delivery :
Cash on delivery is only applicable within Kolkata City under the state of West Bengal and certain area around Kolkata (Not all over India). We always accept bank transfer, UPI Payment, Wallet Payment and Credit card & debit card payment through any Wallet Gateway like PayTm. Risk of credit & debit card is subjected to Pay you Money Payment Gateway of respective wallet.
If you Not Received Item within 1 month Please Contact within 1.5 month from order date otherwise We are Not liable to any Loss of product and your money will not be refundable.
