Terms and Conditions

• The “Nurturing the Dreamers” competition is strictly for the residents of the UAE (locals and expats) with valid Emirates ID.
• Al Ain Farms employees are excluded from competing in this initiative.
• To enter the competition, participants should register on the website first.
• The “Nurturing the Dreamers” competition is for kids between the ages 8 and 16 years old who are UAE residents.
• An appropriate adult (the child’s parent or legal guardian) will be required to submit the video and agree to these Terms and Conditions on behalf of his/her kid.
• The adult providing proof of age, identity and eligibility on behalf of the child should be the child’s parent or legal guardian. Any entry without parental or legal guardianship permission will be disqualified. (NOC form to be filled).
• The competition starts on January 24th and ends on February 28th, 2022.
• The winners will be individually informed and also announced on the Al Ain Farms social media platforms within 2 weeks from closing date. All prizes must be redeemed latest by 30th of March 2022.
• By participating in this competition, the Participant automatically allows Al Ain Farms the right to publish their name and submission on the Al Ain Farms social platforms.
• Each Prize is exclusive to the Participant and is non-negotiable and non-exchangeable.
• The submission of prize claims is the sole responsibility of the Participant. Any tax liability or life, health, travel, accident or other insurance (unless stated) associated with any prize is payable by the Participant and is their sole responsibility.
• No redemption will be possible after expiry of one month notice period.
• Al Ain Farms holds final decisions and selections of winners (non-negotiable).
• The prize will not be delivered in cash nor in credit; however, it will be paid directly to the party attributed in the dream.
